Hugs n Kisses Mocha Brownies
4 (1 ounce) squares baker's unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup general foods international Suisse Mocha(or you could use regular suisse mocha hot chocolate)
1 bag hershey hugs and kisses
stir until chocolate is completely melted.
while chocolate and butter are melting, unwrap kisses, and place in freezer
Stir in sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Add flour and flavored instant coffee; stir until well blended.
Spread into prepared pan. (i did 2 mini muffin tins and put the rest in an 8x8 pan)
Bake mini muffins approx 15 to 18 min, and 8x8 approx 20-25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.)
insert one kiss into each brownie bite immediately after baking.
for 8x8 pan, pour remaining kisses over the top of hot brownies. let melt for 5-10 minutes, gently spread chocolate to the edges.
to cut: heat sharp knife in a cup of HOT water; dry knife and cut. dip and wipe knife before each cut.
